Express Valet Cleaners (Formerly Greener Cleaners)

Been going here for years- but every time I pick up I have missing or broken buttons.The last time I went they lost 2 buttons on a very expensive skirt (they tried to replace them which I appreciate but the replacement buttons aren’t even close) and broke 3 buttons on a Burberry jacket. These are very expensive fixes. They do a great job dry cleaning- but they end up costing more in repairs than they’re worth in cleaning. Tried so hard over the years to make it work.

I was greeted with a smile from Lois at Express on Market. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered my question and was on point about pick up time for my clothing. I went ahead and used this dry cleaning company due to the new ownership. I saw the reviews which scared me away but was comforted when I was told it was under new ownership so I gave it a whirl. I dropped my jacket off on the 29th to have it clean so I would have it for New Year’s Day. I was told at one location if I deliver it to this location it would be done same day which was confirmed by the front desk clerk. Well that was not the case I paid for the jacket to be cleaned and done in one day and I just got my jacket back Dec 4th 23. Just say I wasn’t happy but on another note.
