Did an amazing job on our carpets! We had renters whose pets obviously used the carpet as a bathroom. I felt hopeless about getting the smell out. In less than an hour, carpets looked brand new. They really took the time to ensure the urine smell was treated. He even left a bottle of spray behind in case I needed it for future pet messes! Very easy to get ahold of and they were able to schedule me for two days later. Super nice people! Would definitely recommend!

This is our second time using Floor Gypsi in two years. The quality of work is great and they show up on time or just a bit earlier, which for me is great! I mentioned to Tom an area that I would like him to give extra attention while cleaning in which he did. The carpets came out great and smell fresh. If you live in or around the Springfield area, I would recommend them over other companies. Very Professional and takes their time to provide quality services for a reasonable price. ?Service: General carpet cleaning

Tom really took care of us. We just moved in and our carpets had some odors and stains from the previous owners. Tom must’ve worked some gypsi magic because you would never know those stains were there! He showed up well before his appointment and explained each step he would do to complete the cleaning.
