Thus far, they've been very nice and communicative! The vet we saw was sweet, had a wonderful bedside manner, and was very informative- all of which was appreciated. My little chaos monster (Australian Shepherd puppy) piddled on the floor (I wasn't paying attention to her cues that she had to go potty, my bad) but the front desk staff just went to get a mop and cleaned it up.
Their exam fees aren't outrageous and they have been very polite thus far, though the front desk staff could stand to be a bit more attentive to customers...

Very pleased with my fur baby’s veterinarian.. wouldn’t even think of changing too another, she has a depth of love like I have never seen
BUT some desk staff not so much, recognizing clients coming in with their beloved pet and no greeting of any kind too myself or my dog, no good afternoon, the only recognition was looking up at me and going back too what they were doing.. I worked for Mercy for years .. clients/patients must be greeted with kindness, clients pets must handled with love, not man handled

I have been going there for 10 years and will NEVER trust my fur babies to anyone else. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the entire staff there. They are the greatest vet care clinic around. Amazing care of your animals.
