Couldn't be happier with our service we received from Top Hat. We dealt with Mike for our project. We had a water leak on our property that three other plumbers and sonar equipment could not find. Mike came out the next day and was able to give us two options on the leak and how to fix it. We decided to have the entire water lines replaced. It required an enormous amount of work. They were able to start the job one day later and finished ahead of time. Their crew was very cautious and took great care while digging up the entire yard doing minimal damage to sidewalks and retaining walls. They went above and beyond to get the job done and restore water to our property with little down time for our renters. While on the job it was discovered that there was a leak inside the residence as well and Mike immediately found the leak and repaired. Three other plumbers couldn't find any leaks but my $1600 water bill said clearly we had a leak. Thank you for doing such a great job in a timely manner . Would highly recommend you and use you in the future These guys ran into a lot of issues doing our job and had to deal with things that were not part of their contract and never complained. They even had to jump one of my renters cars to get access to the driveway and just did it. Great company
