We have taken all 5 of our animals to them and they treat them all well.
2 of those animals are German Shepards, the techs and vet aren't skittish around them like I've experienced at other places.
We unfortunately lost one of our dogs to cancer, and opted to end his life here in warmth and comfort with the whole family there. Three trails let us bring in the other animals and stay as long as we needed. They made everything as comfortable as possible, given the situation. 5 stars for Three Trails!“

“We had our first visit yesterday for our puppy’s first exam and vaccine. The entire staff was extremely kind. They were so sweet to our puppy that he didn’t even realize that they stuck him for the vaccine. I’m super happy that we chose this facility to care for our puppy.“

“I love this place for grooming, day care, and boarding. My dog is very anxious and fearful of basically every experience but they always take care of her. They do a great job with handling and giving her alone time to decompress when she needs it, too.“

“I am very pleased with this place. The vet guy isn’t really a people person but he is wonderful to my dogs and that’s all that matters! I have been taking them to a vet 30+ min away before this for years to try and treat allergies and they never solved the problem. Within 2 visits seeing this place, my dog is feeling much better. “This vet location is highly recommended! We brought in our KC Pet Project adopted dog named Titus for 1st time checkup and to figure out a good diet plan. Poor Titus rarely ate his meals and had such inconsistent stools which most were runny :/ Our doctor provided probiotics and medcine to help with the digestion issue and improvements were noticed within the next day and forward. We were also educated on diet and items to add more fiber, like pumpkin, which he loves and helps with not relying on the probiotic anymore. Titus is now eating much healthier and handles new foods, like carrots, apple slices, cooked un-seasoned chicken very well. As they say, you have to trust the experts and that is what we did. We'll continue to take Titus here for the next upcoming appointments and won't hesitate to ask any questions. Thank you all again for your friendliness and taking such good care of our puppy!“

But as soon as I met Chris in person and saw how calm and kind he interacted with Bodhi, all of that anxiety went away. I was immediately impressed with with how quickly he went to work with our dog, not only training him but teaching myself and my husband based on our dog's specific needs. “I have been going to Arrowhead Vet for a couple of years. All of the staff, including Dr. Epstein, is top-tier. They are caring, personable, and consistently go above and beyond for my dog. I always leave there feeling taken care of, with my questions answered. On top of all of this, they are affordable compared to any other vet I have gone to. Highly recommend.

Also, they are a smaller operation (only 1 vet, more customer service-oriented, less corporate-feeling), if that is appealing to you.“

“I have been taking our 2 cats here since we moved to this area 8 years ago. Dr. Neal is fantastic and always caring. Recently our older cat was diagnosed as having advanced kidney failure. Dr. Neal was nothing short of extremely compassionate and caring. He also didn't try to do more tests just to run up our bill. When the time care to let our baby go, he met us on his one day off so that our cat wouldn't suffer. I can't explain how incredibly nice this man was especially when dealing with the terrible loss of a beloved pet. My husband and I were also very grateful that his bill was so reasonable. I would highly recommend him!“

“They were able to get me in at the last minute (even as a new client) and did such a great job with her grooming! I mentioned that my dog had anxiety in the crate and to see if they could be quick with her because of this. The gal at the front desk held her in her lap while I left. “Barb at Brookside is incredible. We have enjoyed attending her classes with our. Puppies. Having her guidance with training our therapy dogs, having her temperament test our puppies in our breeding program for our families and seeing our puppies go home to their families and flourish in her classroom and beyond. You will have to look pretty hard to find a better place to bring your puppy to train and socialize. She is an exceptional trainer and animal behaviorist. I recommend her to all my families as the best possible place to train your new puppy , your therapy dog and canine family member“

“I've always a had good experience anytime I've needed Dr Snyder. And right now, my kitty is in recovery after an attack from another animal. She and her staff have been too kind helping me look after my cat over many days. They have helped to guide me nursing her back to healthy and as always, I learned a lot. Dr Snyder and the staff really care about animals, and they absolutely show that with every visit I've ever had over the years. They are also very informative and very friendly. “I am leaving this review for the dog trainer Michelle, she is absolutely phenomenal!! She worked with me and my sweet girl Ember through the adult behavior class and now through the AKC class. She has the best attitude and always is so excited to us and the progress ember makes. She handles every situation to perfect even when there are unruly dogs in the store. I cannot speak more highly of her she deserves so much credit and praise. I encourage everyone to go through classes with their pups here.“

“Dr. Carlson has been our vet for over a decade. He has always helped us trouble shoot for the best solution for our pets, is welcoming and friendly, and very knowledgable, providing excellent routine care as well as quick scheduling in cases of greater emergency. His staff are always helpful, friendly, & attentive to safety and the comfort of our pets always making sure the lobby is clear for our entrance or exit. We especially love Kevin & Bri. Dr. Carlson has also provided excellent end of life care for 2 of our senior dogs and was incredibly patient with us as we made hard decisions. I highly recommend supporting local smaller businesses and this is one we are proud to choose. This clinic is a little slice of family for us and our 3 dogs and 2 cats.“
