“These people are fair, honest, friendly, efficient, and honest. The communication that I had with them prior to the project was excellent. I enjoyed watching the crew as they seemed happy, laughed with each other, and was so pleasant as they worked. Ofilio, the boss and owner of the company, was awesome to the crew of 10 men and one woman that arrived here this morning. He got right in and helped them do the dirty work when he could’ve literally set back and just told them what to do! Two trees were removed, and three stumps were ground from my property. One tree was removed from my neighbors property and another trimmed. They cleaned up immaculately, and it appeared as if they had never been here. Their professionalism was top-notch. Their equipment was unbelievable. A stump grinder, a giant chipper, a huge truck with huge jaws that went down and picked up the logs to dispose of them, and two buckets that rose in the air to do the work. One tree in particular had a lot of powerlines, Internet, lines, etc., going through it and it was no problem for them I highly recommend them to anyone, and I am thrilled that there is such a company that exist in Kansas City. “We bought our house in Lees Summit a year ago, we had never had a sprinkler system before, so when we found out we needed to do a yearly backflow test, we just used the list of approved companies the city provided us with. Last year we had to call probably 7 different companies or more before we finally got one to either answer the phone or call us back. Then the experience was pretty sub par. This year we started going down the list again, being frustrated after multiple companies left us hanging again. We found Exclusive Lawns when we saw them working on one of our neighbors systems. “From sprinkler winterizing our sprinklers to beautiful landscaping, EDU has taken care of all our outdoor needs. They do hardscapes as well. Our neighbor has a beautiful stone porch done by them. There employees are always respectful and efficient. We used to have a river run through our backyard every time it rained. They coordinated with our neighbors to solve our soggy problem. Strategically diverting the water with buried drain pipes and outdoor drains in low spots. It has made a huge difference!! What I love about EDU is that they have great communication.
