Jeff is incredibly honest and ethical about his inspections. His number one priority is definitely his clients. If you want truth and thoroughness.... This is it! He takes his time and his experience shows. I really appreciated his report which is extremely detailed with pictures and descriptions also citing recommendations and codes as applicable. Will use forever more and refer to anyone I can.

I just wanted to say than you to Jeff as his inspection was spot on. He took his time and didn't miss anything. He was very thorough, got in the crawl space, attic, and climbed on the roof. Even noted the wasp nest in the mailbox. I was very happy with his work ethic and despite the conditions he still did his job. I am very please with his report and his price. I plan to use him again and would highly recommend his services.
