AAA Massage and Spa

First time at AAA for a massage was about three weeks ago. Great massage ! Very thorough. I felt that I was in very capable hands and I left satisfied. I'm going to go back and see if we can get to 5 stars ?????

Now I went to this place and they got me in fast by appointment next day. I get there and they practicing good Covid standards temp and info wearing mask all that... on the way to massage room I'm asked to pay and include tip, my reaction is "I haven't had any service yet, I'm not giving any until I'm done". We gone on about massage now let me say massage was above remarkable, checking to see if your okay during it, good hand washing going on all that. At the end I'm paying by card using the lil square debit thing which I have used numerous times at other places and ask for tip during one transaction, her's didn't which frustrated me until she showed me the transaction on her phone. I go to swipe again to include the tip, she is not happy and tells me " no honey you need to give 25%" (which my tip was 20%)I tell her nowhere does it state that anywhere and I will tip her what I want... I mean who does that??? I will not be back because there is no good customer service. I try to tell her if that tip is what is required she should have it posted somewhere, she than tells me " I don't speak English honey, I don't understand" I said okay you going to lose lots of customers...,

The massage and price were good. I only have a problem with, when finished she kept asking for her tip. They would not let me leave without a tip and when I did give her one it was not enough!!! I usually do tip if a massage was good but to demand one before I was even ready to leave and to tell me how much I should give!!!!!
