“They were able to get me in at the last minute (even as a new client) and did such a great job with her grooming! I mentioned that my dog had anxiety in the crate and to see if they could be quick with her because of this. The gal at the front desk held her in her lap while I left. She has the best attitude and always is so excited to us and the progress ember makes. She handles every situation to perfect even when there are unruly dogs in the store. “It's not bad for a lot of things but some things they have priced way to high like $60 for a basic cat carrier or $30 for a standard litter box. The consumables like food and litter tend to be ok and it's cool to check out some of the pets they have in sometimes.“
