Paramount Flooring met and exceeded our expectations. Kevin was exceptionally easy to work with. We were living out of state when we started this project and he made accommodations for that. When we met at our new house before the work started he had a couple of suggestions of work that should be included that we had missed. We were passing thru on the first day of work and he had left us 3 color samples on our new floor to make sure we got what we really wanted. Kevin and his team were top notch easy to work with. They were timely and efficient. My floors look amazing. If I had any questions along the way and even after he was quick to respond. I would and will highly recommend Paramount Floor KC to anyone!

Overall we were very pleased with having our floors refinished by Paramount Flooring. The main reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that we were never sure when the crew would show up. Communication with the work crew could have been better.Kevin made a special transition piece for a difficult area and it looks wonderful.
