When we met at our new house before the work started he had a couple of suggestions of work that should be included that we had missed. We were passing thru on the first day of work and he had left us 3 color samples on our new floor to make sure we got what we really wanted. The work was completed to our satisfaction when he said it would be done. Kevin sent us a video of the newly finished floors the day after they finished the work.
