So far this has been a great practice. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They have taken care of my kids for most of their young lives. I'm waiting on my perm bridge to come from lab and be placed. So far with my partial it has been an emotional long journey and the staff have been there for me every step of the way! Hoping my bridge comes out as great as the rest of the work.

Highly UNPROFESSIONAL! This doctor, using term loosely, installed two crowns on me about 5 years ago. I needed a root canal done on both teeth. She referred me to the endodontist for the first one. That idiot drilled through the new crown to do the procedure, thus weakening the crown. It then needed to be filled by her. After that I chose a new dentist to do the other root canal. He carefully removed the other crown and did the canal then replaced the crown. Yesterday, I had the weakened crown replaced due to its failure after only 5years. The worst part was, I had to open a credit plan to pay for the initial work done by Cass County Smiles. The complete incompetence of the staff there had billed me for THREE crowns when they started the credit account, not two. It took me about six months to figure out what they had done and get my $800 back. Horrible experience. Stay away from this woman!! Yelp won't let me post without at least one star. Disregard that, I give them negative stars for incompetency! Update 2017, had to have second crown replaced also. Don't do business here!!

Has to be the greatest dentist ever. Dr. Broylesl made me feel comfortable, I get a little anxious when going to the dentist, I don't always go as often as I should. I thought it would be a lot worse than it was. I went in for the cleaning and knew I had work I needed done, but we are spreading it out to make it easier to handle. She also takes my insurance which helps alot. She was able to fix my front tooth when I was there for the cleaning. No dentist is painless, but this one is pretty close. Thank you to her office for making my stress easier to handle.
