If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Wonderfully kind staff and they were able to work me in quickly for an emergency surgery that saved my cat’s life! He had a stomach blockage and was rapidly losing weight from being unable to eat much at a time. His regular vet wouldn’t operate due to a respiratory infection making it a higher risk surgery, but thankfully my friend referred me here and they didn’t hesitate to help him! It was definitely worth the drive from Springfield - now Max is able to eat and get the nutrients and energy his body needs to fight the pneumonia (while on antibiotics). Bless their hearts. The sent a sympathy card signed by the entire staff when I let them know our sweet Princess kitty passed away.We've never had a vet company that showed so much compassion and care for our dogs and cats before. We're so happy we switched to All Valley Pets.

I cannot express the kindness that I was shown in a desperate time. Our beloved 16 yr old Jack Russell,Punk was lovingly put to rest after a blood test confirmed our news. They were supportive, patient, and knowledgeable. Gave us the info & help we needed as well as sympathy ? ❤️. My children wanted to be present with him & even called my husband and let him say goodbye. I was amazed how they lifted our sadness in all the ways they could. We had a cremation done, & 1 week later or so picked him up in a beautiful wooden box w/ a name plate, & sweet card.Prices were very reasonable. Staff was above & beyond.
