I used teleflor and they contracted this company for my mothers birthday flowers and I understand that exceptions could be done but would still get the quality of what I was pay for however this was not the case and the flowers received were nothing like what I orders and the lady at this location was not interested in making it right and spelled my name wrong on my order (I did contact teleflor and they made it right )
