When I called, they were on site within hours and went straight to work. Their guys worked until around 10 PM that night to get it cleaned up and set up fans/dehumidifiers. They were responsive and easy to work with.
This is the second time I've seen them in action, and they did the same great work both times.
The ServPro crew came into my home and helped me during a tough time. We had water damage in our basement. The guys showed up and saved the day. They knew exactly what to do. They brought fans, spray to prevent mold, and dehumidifiers to help with the smell and moisture. Their promptness and knowledge saved me a ton of money. They knew exactly what to do! I would call them again.
