Our refrigerator quit cooling a couple of weeks ago. I thought I had the problem resolved but realized that I had failed. I called Mr Appliance, and the technician arrived the next morning. After a quick assessment of the issue, he gave me his findings and what the cost would be. VERY reasonable price. Five days later, he arrived with the needed part (which had to be ordered) and in a short time the repair was completed. We were told to expect up to 24 - 36 hours for the unit to reach the proper temp. 2 hours later the temp went from 61 degrees to 38. Thanks to Frank Lucy.
Mark was sent to our house to repair our washer after another company kept jacking us around for almost 3 months. He did so great, he was precise on timing and kept apologizing for it taking so long. Our washer was not throwing codes so he was left working with something that wasn’t easy. Mark done a fantastic job and stayed to make sure it would work before he left! I would recommend this company and Mark to anyone looking to have their stuff repaired. Also, Mr.Appliance I would suggest giving Mark a raise because great employees are hard to find, and Mark is an exceptional employee for you.
