Wonderful, knowledgeable staff. They always go above and beyond. Worth the price. Clean facility. Been taking pets to Hillcrest for almost 15 years, and intend to as long as I live in this area.

Every aspect was excellent, the only thing I wish could be different is that if your furbaby is a long time patient and you won’t have the funds for a couple days in an urgent or emergency situation, that it would matter in the treatment of the animal. Instead of being turned away- not everyone can get the credit care.

My cat was having problems breathing as trying to hack up hairballs and she got constipated. I called to see if they could see her asap. They got me in that day. They where very considerate of telling how much money I needed to start and was considerate of asking my budget. As I was thinking she might need surgery to get hairballs out of her stomach. The doctor walked me through each step sadly had to tell me that she wasn’t good. I had to choose to put her down. They gave me time with her and was patient. Reception lady came to the room and took my card so I wouldn’t have to stand in the lobby to take care of bill. To that I’m so grateful for there compassion... read full review
