I had a sewer pipe that needed to be removed & replaced. The cost of which was very reasonable. When our technician started to work he didn't stop until he was done. Which was also accomplished in a very timely manner. Our technician Wilmer Cedeno was professional & hardworking representing himself & the Company, C.M.Mose & Son/Generac which is who he works for, in a very positive light. We had a crisis with our dishwasher at 7:00 PM on 12/23/2025. When it finished a wash cycle, we opened the door and water gushed out onto the kitchen floor. We used a 5 gallon wet vac and filled it up twice. Our first assumption was that it was backing up from the drain, but then determined hot water was still coming into the unit. A shut off valve was totally frozen and inoperable. We shut the water off completely where it came into the house. Then we tried to find a plumber to come out after hours on the day before Christmas Eve. Several phone calls offered the same response... they could not come out until the next morning. From the installation of our generator to the upgrading of our fuse box and electrical meter, to our ongoing service, everything is performed beyond expectations. We highly recommend the use of C.M. Mose and Son, as their service techs are highly knowledgeable, explain every aspect of what they are doing, are timely and friendly. We will use them again and will be recommending them to others!
