Love love love the service I get at Bracken's. I have 5 vehicles, and I won't take them anywhere else. I have been dealing with them for over 15 years, I will definitely recommend them every chance I can.

I couldn't ask for better service. Scott and his mechanics were amazing to me. Scott goes above what I expected. I mentioned I was going out if town and was concerned my older vehicle might night make it. Scott went and looked it over for me. He checked my belts, tires, and my fluid. He looked under the car. He took his time to just really look my car over as to reassure me that I would have a safe trip. I'm terminally ill and this meant the world to me because if I were to brake down in this heat that would be to much for me. I would like to say thank you to Scott and his guys. He is impressive and for sure my new mechanic forever. Thanks guys your great!

These people are awesome! I tried our usual repair shop in Lee's Summit. They told us we needed a $1400 part from Acura and it would be $700 to install. I got a second opinion, over the phone, from another Lee's Summit place, with the same answer. So, I decided to try one more place and found Bracken Auto through a google search "near me".The owner had us bring the car by and within 30 minutes, he was able to tell us we needed a small part from Acura. He called them and found the part and got it ordered. He had to talk to the Acura people about the part and made sure they understood that we didn't NEED the $1400 whole entire casing part, but just the $100 smaller...read full review
