My recent interaction with this veterinary clinic was disappointing due to several concerning incidents. During my attempt to inquire about prescription refills, I encountered a lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. The initial clerk seemed unable to provide basic information and interrupted our conversation by placing me on hold without notice. Subsequently, another staff member joined the call with an unprofessional demeanor, accusing me of using inappropriate language towards the previous clerk. This allegation was false, and instead of addressing the situation maturely, the staff member continued to act disrespectfully and abruptly ended the conversation. The overall conduct displayed by the staff members involved was disappointing and unbecoming of a professional environment. If a respectful and courteous atmosphere is a priority when seeking veterinary care, I would advise considering alternative clinics.

We took our newly adopted fur kid to this clinic as soon as we reached KS City. At first we thought they were caring as they listened to our concerns but then all things changed and red flags started to appear. First flag was when we brought him back to be neutered. They said they would call us and never did, we had to call them. Second flag,was when we picked him up and was told he bit the vet. We kept asking what happened for he isn't aggressive and never got an answer, only that we have to take him through the back door. We went to the back to get him , he was laying on a cold floor cowed down, really aggressive dog ,ugh Then he wet all over himself from where he never was let out. Needless to say ,We took him out their front door. Third flag, we took him back recently for a cough and as we spoke our concerns, the staff acted like they could care less. I guess we should of listened to our dog as he desperately wanted to leave. Final flag, When we had our new vet call for our dog's info, they told them there was no dog by that name but yet later called me to see how he was. This place is definitely not for the best interest of our pets and have little to no compassion

I have been taking my dogs to the Plattsburg Animal Clinic for about three years. The veterinarians are very caring and responsive to our needs. The staff is great to work with as well.
