“This was our first visit with our Yorky-poo. Our puppy had never been groomed before and from the first moment of texting with Paij, I was at complete peace. Meeting Paij was an absolute delight, and she was so amazing with our little puppy. I had no idea what to expect, but when I arrived to pick her up, I was BLOWN AWAY! I didn't know our already cute puppy could look even better, but I was wrong. Excellent work, so kind and you can just feel the love from Paij with what she does. Groovy Groomers has a customer for life! We could not be happier!!!“

“Staff is friendly, but groomer is sub par at best. The cut our doodle got was extremely uneven, looked very rushed and as if no care was taken at all. Photos were sent in of what we wanted and what got was NOTHING like the pictures. Sara however was very apologetic to the situation and did refund our money. I've heard wonderful things about their doggy daycare and boarding, just not grooming. Left 4 stars because the rest of the staff and Sara were kind and helpful with our situation.“

“Back in December my husband and I took in a long haired cat that was abandoned on the porch of an Air B&B and this poor guy was matted almost top to bottom, for MONTHS we tried everything to get his mats out from having the vet trying to shave him, to us buying numerous different combs and pet clippers, nothing worked for us. We called around to many different groomers and no one would take our cat in to groom him. Until I found A Trusted Friend! She spent the time to explain the process and ask me any and all questions about my cat. She made sure she understood the situation and understood our needs. She worked diligently to get us in as quickly as she could and maintained communication the whole step of the way! During our 2-Day grooming (my sweet boy needed the break), she made sure he was as comfortable as possible and gave as many breaks as he needed. She let me be there with him during the entire appointment to ensure his comfortability. She gave me tons of knowledge and advice on how to maintain his grooming/brushing as well! I HIGHLY recommend her for any and all Kitty grooming! Cat groomers are so hard to find so I’m so thankful we have her in our life now!“
