Elmwood Reclaimed Timber has extraordinary products and an incredibly responsive and knowledgeable customer service support team. In particular, Tyler Pugh was a godsend, who steered me in the right direction for an island countertop, floating shelves, and faux beams. The staff at Elmwood was also available for follow-up consultations on installation questions. Finally, they were very accurate with their estimates as to when the products would be ready to ship.

We had them make on the beams, and mantles in our house. I also used them on a friend's house I was working on. They had sawn a few inches off the beams so they could sit tight against the sheetrock as well. Then gave us what was cut off to use for other areas in the house.

I just received the mantle I ordered from Elmwood, and it's absolutely perfect. Also, they got my order to me in no time, and everyone I've talked to was very nice and informative. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I'll be buying much more in the future!!!
