Great place. We really appreciate everyone there & Dr Bonavia! We had the pleasure of working with Dr Rose when our 10 year old had a hematoma. She is the sweetest, kindest and gentlest person I have ever encountered. Thank PHAH for everything.
I was able to get my dog in for an appointment quickly and I got important answers very fast. Everyone working there was very nice as well. Will definitely continue bringing my dog here.
I have gone to multiple vets in the northland. What I look for are staff who are prompt and make an effort to know my animals and me. I look for a vet who is present and focused on my pet, who listens, who takes prudent steps in treating an ailment before suggesting costly answers, a vet who is available and will answer phone calls, a vet who prices for dental cleaning are lower than the other vets I’ve been to in the north land. These are the reasons Parkville Heights Animal Hospital is my veterinarian.
