“I've been going to Dr. LaFerla for about a decade now, and have nothing but incredibly positive to say. Exams, glasses, contacts, I've had everything done through the office and have had great experiences for all of them. In my most recent annual exam, the imaging / Dr. LaFerla caught something of concern. I was able to follow up and be seen by neurologists and recently had surgery to fix the issue Dr. LaFerla initially noticed. She provided great support, and followed up with me along the way. “Consistently excellent eye care and customer service. Appointments are scheduled for when the doctor is actually available, so a minimum of your time is wasted in a waiting room. Once in the exam room the time is yours and the explanations and recommendations are clear and as thorough as needed. Top class staff in the office as well. “This review is for Dr Audrey Blacklock,. I have been a patient of hers for several years and have been very satisfied. She took the time to explain my need for glasses and convinced me to try them vs. having readers everywhere. The progressive lens are equivalent or better to the readers and to my surprise, the distance lens is an improvement to around 20-15 vision, vs. the 20-20 I had without glasses. She's personable, professional, very competent and a whiz with the computer stuff.“

“The service and professional services should not be overlooked. I normally go to Discovery Vision in Western Wyandotte and this place was so much better and not near as expensive as the Discovery Vision. I tried to make an appointment with Discover and they said August. That was four months. This place took me that day and treated me with sincereness and professionalism. Every time I walk into Discovery Vision I feel as if the staff makes you feel that it is a privilege to be there and that they are better than you. I believe they need to step down off their high horse and take a visit here and learn some customer service. I give them 10 stars out of five and will definitely come back.
