Cuts by the River is fantastic! The owner is so sweet and friendly! Wonderful atmosphere, and a cute salon. The ladies that work here are helpful and do amazing cuts, colors, perms, pedicures and manicures!!! Have been happy every time I pay for a service. Daughter got her first Mani & pedi! So fun!
