I came across Aura in my search for a quality salon. After visiting the web page I followed the site's directions to complete an Appointment Request Form. The form requires that you answer several questions, upload a picture of yourself, and upload pictures of your desired hair style. It asks that you allow 48 hours for response. It has now been over two weeks and I have gotten NO response from the salon. I have tried calling several times, left a voicemail and texted in an attempt to schedule an appointment. IMO asking someone to upload an image of themselves and then not bothering to respond is extremely unprofessional and disconcerting. I'm hoping the owner... read full review
Terrible customer service -I came across this salon through a Google search while looking for a colorist in the Northland. A persons name called, “January” came up and it said that she worked at Arora salon. I tried phoning to make an appointment and reached a recording that said that the salon was closed all that week. I was on a timeline. So, I thought I’d try booking in advance through their website. Going through the site clients must upload photos of themselves in order to start the appointment process.
