“We discovered late at night that our A/C unit wasn't functioning properly. I gave ProService a call immediately and left a message on their machine stating what was going on and left my contact info as well. At 7:30am the following morning I received a phone call back (they don't open till 8am) and they said they would immediately be over to our house to take a look at it and get it fixed.
