“Rather than a professional looking set of nails, I now have a set that looks like a child did them. Not an almond shape like I originally asked for and after repeatedly repeating myself still didn't get what I wanted. Plus nickel and diming for every little thing. Especially after I initially said no to the design, kept getting pressured into doing it. Worst service and really missing the old team.“
