Called and left a message and still haven't received a call back

My first problem with Z and Z is that their business phone number does not work. I called his cell and set up an appointment to look my leaking dishwasher. He said he would be out the next afternoon. Next day afternoon came and went. Texted me about 6pm, said he was having auto problem and wanted to know if I was still at home. He did come on out. He told me he would call the next day on price of parts to repair. He did not call to give me prices of parts. Three days later I contacted him and told him to order part to fix. He said okay, part would arrive in a couple of days. I waited 3-4 days, contacted him again. He said they sent the wrong part. I waited another week,... read full review

Z & Z is fantastic! He came out and has fixed several dryers, our furnace and one of our industrial pieces of equipment. His prices are extremely fair and he's very friendly. I won't call anyone else!Services: Dryer repair
