The atmosphere was 10/10, the customer service was 10/10, the service provided was 10/10. I received lip filler with Dallas and OH EM GEEEEE I am obsessed!!! She was amazing and made sure I was comfortable, took a little break when I needed it and was so easy to talk to. She took her time and made sure they were perfect and they ARE. I love them so much! Every aspect of my experience at You Factor was amazing. Will 100% be coming back ?
Dallas is absolutely amazing. She took her time with me and I'm a difficult person to get veins from. She and Stephanie have always been patient in helping me.. I felt absolutely comfortable with her! She was very gentleness and attention to detail! They are the best I've ever had. ALL the staff here are fantastic! The moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed! It was a serene feeling throughout my time there! I felt like a Queen! Can't wait to see them again! I highly recommend You Factor Medical Spa!
