We had a lot of water in our basement. The plumber we called suggested we call US Disaster. We are so glad we did. We called on a Sunday afternoon and they had a team there within an hour. They immediately began removing water and helped us through the process every step of the way. They are prompt, courteous and professional and made a horrible situation much less stressful, we would definitely use them again if the need ever arises.

Rich and his team do a great job. Our office flooded around 7am and I called Rich and they were there with machines within an hour. They were fast with the extraction and got the drying process started right away. I would definitely recommend them.
