ROOTS is the best Salon I've had the pleasure of going to in my 50 years. I always come out looking fantastic. Next week I'll have a facial and am excited!

Please note that my Mother had been a "beautician" for many years so I can be very critical, however ROOTS is such an exceptional salon, I've nothing to criticize the salon or its stylists about.

Thank you, Kelly, for a truly awesome (and natural looking!) color and cut! I have been anxious about finding a new salon and stylist since recently relocating to the Lake but it seems I've lucked into great ones! Great service and atmosphere as well. Looking forward to a return visit

UPDATE: So I booked my appointment with Madison but forgot to give them my updated phone number. So when I arrived after driving three hours from KC, they asked if I received the message that due to bad weather Madison could not make it to work. But again, this salon does everything RIGHT! I was assured that they could accommodate me with another stylist THAT DAY (with a small 30 min wait) or if I wanted to rebook for another day or wait and rebook with Madison.
