“If I could give a 10 Stars I would! It is 8:30PM. We are locked out of of our travel tailer with no way to access the interior. The locking mechanism has gone bad the deadbolt won't release. We are tired, we are hot, and at this point we are not sure how we are going to get in. So I call Skelton's Key and Lock and he picks up on the first ring. I explain the situation and he asked if I have an iPhone. I did so we facetime so he can see what is happening. After much troubleshooting and varies attempts he says I am not going to give this to one of my guys I am about an hour away and going to get in the car now and head to you.
In the meantime my Sister-In-Law squeezes into the trailer and is now on the inside. We call back and say wait a minute he was already 20 minutes closer to us. He then facetimes with her as she gets the panel off but still can't get it to release. He guides her to what needs to be released and it it opens.
I am not sure what we would have done it if he didn't answer the phone, facetime us and guild us through the process of getting us back in our trailer.
