Wonderful, relaxing spa experience. They're set up in the basement of the mall, the location was previously offices, but it's been transformed it into a truly special experience. My pregnant wife and I both got massages and the ladies were so nice, very experienced and careful to understand our needs and make us comfortable and relaxed. Couldn't have had a better experience.
My husband and I spend a week every year reconnecting and disconnecting from the world. This often includes a massage. We had the 60 minute couple float followed for 60 minute massages. We both came out saying it was probably the best message we have ever had. We both have not felt so good in a long time. We have spent the last few days in Louisville walking everywhere. After the messages my leggs, feet, and hips do not hurt any more, and the same for my husband. We are definitely going to book more appointments. I’m so glad we went today.
I had read about float therapy awhile ago. I was intrigued but a little freaked out about it too. When I saw that Infinity Float Spa had the float pods I decided to give it a try. I arrived at my appointment on edge because I did not know what to expect. Amber immediately put me at ease. She explained exactly what to expect and showed me all the ways that I would I would be in control of my experience. When the lights first went out I started to panic a bit, but I was able to control the lighting so that I could more gradually explore the experience.
