The morning of, (about 30 minutes before the appointment) the worker called me to tell me his van wouldn’t start and he would give me a call whenever he was headed my way. I understand that car problems happen, I’m not upset by this. However, I had to step out about an hour and a half after the appointment started. I called to tell them this and to ask an ETA, no answer. So after four hours of waiting and no response to phone calls, I had to leave.Approximately five and a half hours after the original appointment they were finally able to get to my appointment, which I appreciate.“
