Once-upon-a-time, I wrote to this office for advice and to find a local CPA - never got a response back. Ok, still gave them a try, recently I walked into the office and requested a consultation. I was told they are busy but that "Victory will call you back." Never got a call.
This firm either has too much business and should tell new clients not to bother or they simple don't care. That being said, don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

Our accountant Victory would not answer emails, would not call back after I left messages on the phone mail. I needed some of my documentation (my documents, my property). Since she would not reply or respond to any communications over a long period of time I simply dropped by to get copies of the documents. I was left waiting in the lobby with the receptionist for over one and one-half hour for said copies. Frankly, it was the rudest I have ever been treated in over 65 years of life, and that is saying something!
