“I’ve been wanting these floors since seeing them at Veterinary Specialty Services more than a decade ago. We had them put in our dog daycare room 2 weeks ago and they are absolutely amazing and look phenomenal! We had them put the epoxy up the walls to the chair rail to help prevent damage from the dogs chewing and lifting their legs. Matt and his team were so great to work with, by far the best contractor I’ve worked with in 15 years. His crew was on time, cleaned up after their selves and always let us know when they were leaving and what they were doing so we could continue business as usual. They even finished a few days early. 5+ starts for Desco, it’s not cheap but you certainly get what you pay for and it’s worth it!“

“Just Around the Corner went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our LVP installation in our kitchen. It even involved using pry bars to remove the baseboards, underlayment and 2 layers of linoleum, screwing down the subfloor to eliminate almost all the squeaks in our 50 year old home, adding new underlayment, installing the Mohawk LVP, even moving the fridge and stove. They came back to adjust some planks to satisfy our desire for a certain randomness to the pattern of the light and dark planks. Props to Kevin Claspill especially, for his staying in contact with us and the installers and his willingness to personally pitch in and do the labor required to put the final touches on, before asking for the final balance. He even threw in a cleaning kit, since you want to be careful with cleaning these LVP floors. You can trust this company to do it right and make things right when you have concerns! I was not even home for some of the work and I was not worried about them being there.“

“Garage Designs has been excellent to work with! Brandon and his team are professional, punctual, very detailed, reasonably priced, and they kept our garage clean throughout the job. They exceeded our expectations! My garage is beautiful! Garage Designs communicates throughout the job so you can easily make changes or add more items if you think of something extra you’d like. It was difficult to find one company to do an entire garage remodel for us but Garage Designs has many talents! Our builder only insulated and drywalled the walls of our garage attached to the finished interior walls of our home, and the builder drywalled our garage ceiling. But, the builder only provides a rough finish on the drywall. Garage Designs installed the necessary taping/mudding to smooth all the builder’s drywall, and Garage Designs installed new insulation and drywall on the walls of the garage that were not drywalled by the builder. Garage Designs painted ALL the drywall, including the ceiling – it looks fantastic! I chose SW ‘Agreeable Gray’ for the walls and white for the ceiling. They also primed and painted the concrete walls of my garage staircase that accesses our basement. In addition, Garage Designs sealed all the seams and nail holes in the unfinished trim of our two garage doors that access our house, and painted this trim for us. They stained and sealed our wood garage staircase, installed baseboard, installed an aluminum pull-down ladder to our garage attic access, installed a light switch in the attic near the top of the pull-down ladder, installed a light fixture in our attic next to our radon fan, installed a plywood walkway in our attic in order for us to SAFELY access our attic radon fan, and installed slat wall on the garage walls for us to hang our tools. They also provide garage floor coatings so we’ll be calling Garage Designs again for that project. They definitely take pride in their work!“
