The only thing that pulled scores below a 10 is my level of ingrained skepticism. Any time a service advisor says anything about a cabin air filter raises my eyebrows just a little. Plus, we thought we had replaced that battery not all that long ago at the dealer. That said, we could not be happier with your front-office people. James is awesome (and my wife thinks he is handsome).

Lyenn was very helpful and thorough. He was able to service my car quickly, and I felt that the pricing was fair. I’ve come here a couple of times before, and I will continue to use this Firestone for my future needs. P
