Had a home warranty issue and 1 Source came out assessed the issue. Completed the work and there was a slight drip after the repairs. Today a tech came out and fixed the drip. With the quick fix my prior 4.5 stars is now a 5 star review!I really do appreciate the front end dispatcher (Keisha I hope that’s how she spells it), Chris a tech who has been out a few times over the years as well as Van and Marquis (I hope that’s how he spells his name) the last two techs who came out recently.Thank you 1 Source.Service: A/C system repair

Kudos to 1 Source Heating and Cooling!!! Hat's off to Chris for your promptness and knowledge of repairing my cooling system. He had my system up and running within 15 minutes and I'm now covered up with a blanket! Being that I'm a 50 plus years worker in many aspects of Customer Service, I appreciate Ms. Jada! Chris came and fixed our A/C issue then suggested how to keep our aging system going. I had had another company tell me I needed to replace the whole unit and it was leaking refrigerant. He tightened a valve and said it was all good. 1 Source's price for topping up the refrigerant was less than half what the other company was offering. I would highly recommend him and this company to do all your HVAC work. They are competent and fair.Service: HVAC system repair
