Came by without an appointment. The technician was very friendly and quoted a price and timeframe for the repair. I inquired if I could wait and he stated yes. I went next door to eat lunch and he was done by the time that I returned. I was very pleased to get my IPhone back with my broken screen replaced in such a timely manner.

Came in for a deep clean as my iPhone 15 pro was not charging properly using a cord. They got the phone in quickly and got it back to me promptly and in good working order. This is the second time I have had this service performed at uBreakiFix and I am more than satisfied with their service. Signed up for the whole household electronics program as I know there are more things I can screw up and now feel reassured I have someone I can rely on!

Needed a replacement battery for my Samsung Galaxy S22 Android phone. I was glad to get my phone revived with a new battery with everything still working fine.
There was a delay in getting it repaired because of outside factors. They were patient with my constant calling for updates on their system that performs the calibration testing for the battery. Once the system was up, the repair time fell well within the time predicted.
