Marcia was so very helpful with our truck rental. I can not say enough good things about her. Marcia went above and beyond to assist me. I would definitely come back just to deal with her as she made a stressful experience very refreshing while being patient and helping

On line order.....Had a delivery date scheduled. !2:30-4:30 time window on a Saturday. Come 4pm, still 5 deliveries ahead of me according to 'tracking'. After a few calls, find out that the truck broke down. Home Depot tried reaching the delivery service and the delivery folks would not answer the phone. Next possible delivery on the upcoming Tuesday. Never received a call or email confirming this, so I called on Monday (5/20) and was told that next possible delivery was not Tuesday (5/21), but not until the following week, (5/29). I had to chase after these people to get this confirmed (date AND time). I finally got an answer the day before, late in the day. I do not live in this house full time and this whole thing was a giant hassle. Would not do business with big ticket items because of 3rd party delivery service. Poor service/communication. Maybe buy a broom from HD, but not appliances if you need them delivered. Will stick with the mom and pop shop for appliances. They will be more reliable and actually service what they sell.

Purchased washer/dryer tower. Good price. Man in appliances was nice and helpful. Now for the bad. I can't get my washer/dryer! Delivery company has cancel on me 3 time!! I even asked if I could just pick up myself. Told NO. When ever I call... I get the run around and told "all they can do is reschedule in two more weeks." It has been a month!!!
