The lady on phone who is trying to find me an appointment... she was on angry mode .
She was very unhappy to have customer trying to do business with them .obviously she doesn't care . Poor customer service. I think there are many accountants around and they willing to help. angry lady

We have gone to Sederburg to prepare our tax returns since 2014. New owner prepared our 2022 taxes and told us we were getting an $8,300 RETURN. Then we received a letter from the IRS that there were errors on our return and we actually OWE $780. Spoke with Sederburg and they said there is nothing they can do except pay the interest and penalty which equals $5.23. I am shocked there is nothing that can be done about an $8K mistake and there is not more oversight to prevent large errors like this. It's a huge blow when you are expecting $8k to find out its not coming. We will not return next year and will find someone more reliable.

Worked with Jim Candela on a landscaping project in my backyard and he did not finish to project and robbed me of $8,000. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!Not returning my phone calls.
