I love the attention to detail Kim provides with each visit. She is very diligent in making sure she understands what I am wanting to have done each and every visit. I am always confident knowing I am in good hands with her years of experience and her ability to do a great job with those magic hands.
Just got my hair colored by Kym at Hair Haven in O'Fallon. She did a great job. Love the color. I have had my hair cut another day and love it also. I really give this place 10 stars.
From the first moment I entered the door, I was greeted and offered a refreshment. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. This has to be one of the top two salons I have used.
