She was personable and really good at what she does! These could have lasted another week if I didn’t pick them off so a total of almost a month in one manicure. You impressed me! My facial with Savannah at Golden Aura was amazing! she listened to my skin concerns, and took into account that I have highly sensitive skin (honestly was a little nervous to get a facial because often I have bad reactions). This time my skin looked glowy immediately after, and continued to look great with no breakouts. Such a win!! The spa space is aesthetically beautiful, & the environment & company was peaceful. Will def be returning!

Awesome! First off, Crystal is a ray of sunshine working the front desk as a care coordinator. She not only recognizes us and checks us in before we get to the counter, but she is personable and cares to know us. Then, Dr Jenny is the absolute best! She asks how I’m doing and if I have any concerns, she knows exactly what adjustments I need to address issues, and remembers little things from visit to visit. My wife and I love her so much we’ll drive past other locations to get to the one she’s at.

I had a hemorrhage with my nose and had to go by ambulance to Progress West Hospital emergency room. My nose was packed and I went up to third floor . I had to wait for an ENT doctor. I was released after 3 days and went home where I had to wait 3 days for Dr Cristel to examine and remove packing and treat the nose. He is a wonderful doctor and from what I understand a new face in the area. I took his card to my Provider and ask him to refer the new doctor to any of his patients who needed ENT doctor I wish him well as I understand the area is need of his services. I am grateful and appreciative of him as a person and for his knowledge as an ENT doctor.

He has shown great customer service and was very knowledgeable when it pertained to the tools I needed assistance with. I actually came in for a second time today (03/31/22) looking for some materials for a new wall project. I wasn't expecting to run into William, but I was really happy to due to the lack of knowledge some of the other employees showcased. Can’t say enough about the staff at Royal Kutz! JR is the best barber I’ve seen since moving here in 2005. Beard trim is perfect every time! He doesn’t use scissors but I keep my hair short (retired military) so it’s not a problem. Clean-cut, neat and trim lines! The best!

One of the last of a dying breed... a real life, Barber Shop! Straight razor and all!I hate that I forgot the proprietors name, but he was just a good ol' boy, redneck, from rural Missouri and proud of his roots! Came to the city and found his passion, bartering! And darn good it! Masterful with the straight razor.I loved the experience! He was kind and gentle, and funny as he'll! I am recovering from a MAJOR surgery, where I had 42 staples placed in my abdomen, and he was so kind to help me in and out of my chair. Very patient! And, again, very funny! If you are looking for some yuppy, uppy, spot, don't bother coming here. But, if you want a fantastic haircut, or shave, from a self-proclaimed, and proud, good ol' boy redneck, a master at his craft... You MUST give this guy a chance! I wish I could give 10 stars! Just had my haircut here after a last minute cancellation by Cleveland here. Can not say enough great things about not only the haircut but the barber himself. He took plenty of time and was thorough and a true artist. He is extremely personable and kind. I was so happy to make a follow up appointment with him. Found my barber!

Alexa is a fantastic associate who typically closes the store when I come in to tan. She consistently goes above and beyond to help everyone, giving 120%. I’ve seen her stay late multiple times to assist several customers, including myself, without ever complaining. At other tanning places, they turn you away 20 minutes before closing, but Alexa never does. She is always smiling, very helpful, and knowledgeable.
Isabella hands down is amazing! She consistently helps me decide on the best tanning lotions along with helping me choose the best tanning bed options that will give me ultimate results! Come see her she is the absolute best!!

I have been going to this salon for a couple years now. Here and there I step away due to my time off and convenience. Two weeks ago I went on my lunch break to get my nails done close to work. After a week my nails were lifting terribly and 1.5 weeks later they were popping off. Today I had a chance to stop back in to classy nails and Ken took the best care of me. My nails were back to the shape I love and the customer service was top notch. I have to give a shout out to Lana as well since she is always on point too!
10/10 would recommend!
I've been here twice and both times I've been very pleased! No high pressure sales to upgrade, VERY skilled technicians, both acrylic nail fill and pedicure are quite reasonably priced. This time I chose a simple polish but next time I'll try out designs!

Being from out of town, I struggled to find a barber where I felt comfortable.
Decided to give this place a try and thankful I did. Normally I get my cut every 2 weeks, and here I am writing this review 3 weeks later because they did such a good job!

I had a GREAT experience at the beauty bar! I went in to get my hair dyed for the first time and Rachel was very informative on every step of the process! I have brown hair and just wanted to get something a bit darker and she let me sample a few swatches before we made a final decision. The interior of the studio was super clean and everyone there was very nice, thank you Rachel for making my experience so nice!

I've had many facials at many different spas in the St. Louis / St Charles Counties ... but today topped them all. I went to The Face & Body SPA in O'Fallon, MO. Destiny G. provided not only a excellent hydration facial; she explained everything she was doing. My next visit will be back to see Destiny G.

I don't even know how to say how awesome Rippelmeyer Services is! John went above and beyond. Needed a water heater replaced, under warranty. John took care of everything with the water heater company. Took care of getting the new from the store. Explained everything through the whole process, which took a few days to deal with warranty. Absolutely fantastic service, explanation, timeliness. Cannot recommend and thank Rippelmeyer enough. A++
My water heater went out Sunday morning (of course). I called about noon and at 4:00 I had a new one installed and the old was gone. I couldn't be more pleased. The plumber (Ron) was terrific.
We have used O Fallon Sewer for DECADES and they have always been reliable. They do a wonderful job and do it quickly , I think everyone in this subdivision knows them. It is the oldest subdivision in O Fallon and they do great work here.
The service person was great! The lady who answers the office phone could use some customer service training.
Brandon came out and did our bid and we received it the next day. He was very professional and timely. Zach and Alex came to the house to do the work, they were also very professional and did an outstanding job. They also cleaned up after themselves and respected our property. Cindy in the office was amazing to work with. We will definitely use Braco Electrical for future projects.
Gigawatts installed my EVSE and did a bang up job. The inspector commented on how clean the work was. Julie, Mike, and the guy that did the install (sorry, don’t recall his name) were all great, and their pricing is reasonable. I’ll be using them for any electrical work going forward.

I was in a rush to get new carpet installed and called Erik Toth. I trusted him to pick out the best quick install available for a rec room we were doing in the basement. I would have picked the style and color. He then sent the best installer. Matt Powell did a fantastic job. Quick, clean and professional. Thank you both for knocking this out. We love it.
We initially hired Burke Construction to replace our fairly new driveway that the original contractor did a poor job on. Thirteen years later the driveway still looks great.After that, we undertook a huge undertaking to transform out backyard to build a pool. We need to do significant excavating and wall building to make this happen. Burke used really big boulders for the top wall to give the yard a ton of character and then used Versalok blocks for the lower wall on the backside of the pool. The stamped concrete around the pool and upper patio gave the yard the finishing touch and the yard now looks like a resort.
Accessibility Home Improvements did a fantastic job remodeling our master bathroom to make it accessible for my mom, who is wheelchair-bound. Owner Jon Floyd listened to our needs and came up with the perfect plan. The bathroom was gutted and a curbless shower installed, toilet relocated, new sink vanity installed, and new tile flooring installed. Throughout the entire process, Jon was easy to work with and very responsive. John, who did all of the work installing the shower, flooring, vanity, etc., was great to work with and truly cared about the quality of his work. My mom is thrilled that she can now safely and independently take a shower in her beautiful new bathroom. I highly recommend AHI to anyone needing a company for a home remodeling project!!
Curtis and his team at CNA are always responsible, professional, hardworking, honest and fair. Our bathroom went from outdated 1950's to this inviting space, thanks to floor tile laid on the diagonal, new vanity and toilet installation. Highly recommend!

Dr. Stucky and staff do an amazing job of working with you and your chiropractic ailments in a fun family environment. I am always greeted with smiles and great conversation. They all care about helping you with your aches and pains and can get you in the office immediately if something like a weird sneeze throws your back out in an inopportune time. I highly recommend Dr. Stucky or Dr. Logan to help you with your aches and pains.

Love taking my dog here. I moved about 30 minutes away but refuse to go to anyone else.
We had to put one of our dogs down. The staff was so friendly to us from the beginning. We were new clients as we just moved to the area. They called our old very to get records. So we didn't have to. We came in and they had a nice room for him with a couch, bed, chocolate kisses, so many treats and tissues. They walked us through the entire process and took good care of our baby so he wasn't scared. They let us stay with him as long as we wanted and the techs made us feel better that our baby was never alone even when we left. They mailed us a beautiful card and his paw prints. Forever a client.
We love Dr clapper! She takes great care of our 2 puppies and cat! Highly recommend this practice! Have been sending our pets there for over 5 years!
After having a not so great experience at different vet with my new puppy I was nervous about taking him to another vet. Back On Track listened to my concerns and took great care of my little guy. They made sure my dog was comfortable and made sure to explain everything they were doing. Great staff and prices! We definitely will be using them from now on.
The whole crew was great here today! The doctor said in her 32 years she had not seen a bleed like that, but they swiftly fixed the issue so our dog can now heal. The techs were even kind enough while our dog was sedated to clip her toenails, clean her ears and trim some of her fur. I’m very thankful for this clinic today and taking great care of my dog ??

Before we moved out of state, Jessica and her entire team were the only people we trusted to take the best care of our fur-babies. We have also adopted 3 seniors from her (with a 4th being picked up shortly). She takes the tough cases - the ones that are on their last option. We live in Utah now and travel back to pick them up - because we know they take the best care of them and show them that an amazing life is possible.
We only ever boarded there, had them groomed there when we lived in MO. Add to that the fact that they are attached to possibly the best vet practice we have ever been to, and it's the perfect place.

I had a massage with Andrea yesterday & after explaining my shoulder issue, she suggested an upper body massage instead of my usual total body one. She really worked my shoulder over. It felt GREAT the rest of the day! She even gave me some stretching exercises to do twice daily & suggested I get in weekly to continue working on getting scar tissue broken up in that shoulder. I will DEFINITELY BE BACK…NEXT WEEK! I booked 5 more appointments! You can only rate on a 5 ⭐️ scale, but I’m giving Andrea 10 ⭐️ s!

Joyce was amazing. I’ve had several massages over the years for chronic pain and migraines. I was working on a migraine when I went to see her and left feeling great. Saved me the weekend not being able to move. I have an old injury that is super sensitive and she listened to all my concerns about it. I had a wonderful experience and the staff was sooooo nice. I recommend going to them!

Ron gave me the best 2 hours of high quality massage in my entire life. By the time the massage was over my body from the bottom of my feet to the top of my head was more relaxed than I have been in years and that I even thought was possible .
