They had a universal part in stock. I wanted the OEM part and they ordered it and called when it came in. It arrived in two days.
My furnace picked a horrible 10* day to go out. Luckily, Hoy Supply stocked the right igniter I needed to get it going. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care of me and I was able to get the heat back on before my wife killed me. Thanks again!!
