We inherited a nice Provia door from the previous owners of our house that came with a warranty, so when it started showing some signs of age we reached out to them. In a nutshell, they have been very professional, communicative, helpful, and went above and beyond. I literally looked up their webpage to see if we needed anything they sell because I was so impressed. It's nice to have a company honor a warranty in a hassle-free way. This was from a previous owner and while the time-frame holds validity for the warranty, I'm sure they technically could choose not to honor it but they helped transfer it to our name. Additionally, in the age of designed obsolescence, it feels like nothing is quality anymore and we're always having to replace things. It's nice to have the alternate feeling; this is a quality door built to last and they helped keep it up for us. They fully replaced the handle, the frayed stripping on the bottom, and helped level it as it was sagging and letting air in the top corner. Lastly, the tech came out and made the repair, but had received the wrong weather stripping from the manufacturer. He noticed a spot where our dogs had ripped up the outer-stripping -- I didn't even try to get that fixed in our request because that's totally on us, but he told us he'd get it all taken care of and was back out a few days later. He wouldn't even take the trade-call warranty fee charge ($65) until the job was done right. Great company -- definitely reach out to them first and I hope you have as good of an experience as we did.“

“As the snow and various types of winter precipitation land on our roof, I am happy to know that we have a new, beautiful roof on our house to protect us from the weather. JG Contracting tore off the old hail damaged roof and replaced it for us. They did a super job installing the roof, gutters, and helmets to keep leaves out of the guttering. They went out of their way to do a little touch up on a piece of damaged siding (damage from the hail storm). I also really liked the way they filed the claim for us and helped us through the process with our insurance company. Anything I was confused about, JG was quick to clear up. Some of the nicest people work for JG Contracting. Heaven forbid we will need their services again, but I would not hesitate to use them.“

“If you are trying to figure out which company to go with, don’t hesitate for a moment to contract with Smart Foundation. We were in need of crawlspace encapsulation services and met with Anthony to discuss the project scope. He very promptly sent a detailed description of the proposed work with line item cost estimates. He responded to our inquiries throughout the project to discuss costs for additional work that we were interested in adding to the scope. Lissette called and went through the process in a very thorough, professional and very friendly manner. She explained everything that we should expect to happen and scheduled the work. She let us know that she would be in communication with us throughout the project to ensure we were satisfied and kept up to speed. They were both wonderful representatives for the company.The proof was in the pudding though when the work crew showed up. The team consisted of Christian, Arturo, and John. Christian called each morning to let us know that they were on their way and what time we should expect them. All three of these guys worked their magic each and every day. They knew what they were doing and they worked meticulously, going above and beyond what we would have even expected. They were polite and respectful and such hard workers. We have done a lot of remodeling and have dealt with many individuals from various companies (roofing, siding, windows, plumbing, etc) and I would just say I wish we could have have these guys on any or all of those projects. One last note to Smart Foundation…I’m not sure what you’re paying these guys but they are superior workers and, as you know the work environment is obviously not the most desirable, so I hope you realize what an asset they are to your business.“
