“I scheduled an assessment for my left knee pain and tightness. I am super active and really needed help so I can be pain free again. Jacob was my PT and did a great job asking about my issues and listening to my responses to hone in on the potential issues. We then moved onto a few physical assessments so he could observe any limitations and compare each knee. After 45 minutes or so, we were able to nail down where the imbalances were. I received a print out of all the exercises and stretches. He went over each one so I understood the correct form. Even after just a few of the exercises I started to feel the difference. As an everyday athlete, I left feeling empowered by the plan Jacob provided. I’ll be back in a week for a follow-up assessment and to make adjustments. I highly recommend this clinic. Friendly welcoming staff. Squeaky clean and pleasant environment. Easy and positive experience overall.“
