While James, the owner, is kind and responsive, he unfortunately lacks the technical knowledge and attention to detail needed for quality HVAC work—especially when it comes to mini splits. We hired him to install four mini split units and two head units last summer, but they stopped working after about a week.
James returned more than 18 times trying to troubleshoot issues he didn’t fully understand. Eventually, we had to remove and reinstall the entire system in a new configuration based on information he learned after the initial install—something a knowledgeable technician should have known from the start.
Had James and his crew install full furnace and air conditioner with tear out of the old. Did excellent work, friendly, punctual and communicated wonderfully through the project. One happy home owner here. Came in below any other local or name brand HVAC company, very market competitive. Told me the exact price of what I wanted would cost as well as what would be beneficial vs. not. I had several other companies do bids as well. very pleased with his knowledge of the industry and over all satisfaction of the job. Highly recommend

Cool service dude,,,, cost me a bit but I think he at least has my heater working. Not a whole lot of heat but I guess that's cause it's ELECTRIC. Will do business with in future.
