I just moved to N Kansas City and I get all of my dress shirts and suits professionally cleaned, so I looked for a new dry cleaners upon moving. I went to this Pride location because I had heard good things about Pride in Westport and around midtown. Dude, every experience with this store has been disappointing and frustrating. I had a pair of slacks I took in on my first visit along with several dress shirts. I had to take the slacks back THREE times in order to get some small spots removed that were caused by a milkshake that splashed on a floor in a restaurant near were I was standing (simple protein stains) THREE TIMES I had to take them back because the spots continued... read full review
