The friendly and helpful staff, including the owner, provide quality customer service and can help find what is needed, even getting parts quickly. They are highly recommended as a provider.
I walked into this store randomly … I was greeted by the owner rather quickly And was just explained to him how I was getting back into the carpet cleaning business and let him know about a part that was needed to be replaced within minutes. He got me the part and was treated very well and it was only a $15 part.!!!! I plan on switching to them as my new provider!!!
